Chiropractic is concerned with the treatment, diagnosis and prevention of mechanical disorders of the musculo-skeletal system and their effects on the nervous system. Chiropractors use specific adjustments to the joints especially in the neck and spine to restore normal function of the nervous
system and thereby relieving pain.

We understand that the brain and the nervous system control all the systems and functions of the entire body – the brain runs the body through the nerves. Due to past stresses and injuries the body develops health problems. Chiropractic treats the cause of problems. Often the ‘root of the disorder’ is a distance away from the site of pain and needs to be addressed. We look for the cause of health problems by examining the posture and alignment of the neck and spine and limbs and if we find a
bone out of place that is causing nerve interference (‘subluxation’), we adjust the area using very gentle chiropractic techniques. When nerve interference is removed then the body can heal itself. We also help with most muscular problems using appropriate and effective soft tissue techniques. (using AMR – Advanced Muscle Reconditioning)
